At least 30 minutes of every day is spent dealing with this.  We take the time to forward EVERY single Spam to the appropriate authorities.  The FTC and various security services for Paypal, eBay, and banking & stocks websites make every effort to go after these folks.  By forwarding every Spam to these folks, I believe that I actually save time because, believe it or not, this has cut the Spam I receive by roughly 75%!!
