I do not have time to also answer the phone while filling all the orders that come in
automatically via email; the shopping cart,

At this time, we have yet to
find a shopping cart that can fairly charge for the wide variety of
shipping we offer. Therefore, to make an order, you will need to
contact us in one of the following ways.

this number). PLEASE leave your name, time you called and a
way to get in touch with you so we can call you back on our nickel! We
are happy to discuss your needs and answer product questions.
Right now, because our buildings are still under construction and the move
is still not totally complete so ask for your patience.
Most orders can be processed within 10 business days however,
rock orders please allow 2-3 weeks. This depends on heat treated
rock available. We have lots of rock but sometimes there is a wait
on the kiln firing time.

USPS (United States Postal
Service)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Most items ship
via Priority Mail. It is fast and usually costs little more
than Parcel Post mail. We now use the FLAT RATE BOXES
which can save you real $$ on rock shipments! Parcel Post can be
also be a good
choice for rocks and larger items. Books can be sent Media Mail for cost
savings to you however, it adds much transit time. We do not ship
videos via Media Mail because they are easily damaged that way. Very
light weight items can sometimes be sent First Class Mail. In any
case, we always use a
delivery confirmation which can be used for "tracking."
UPS (United Parcel
Service)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ While not our
shipper of choice, we do frequently ship via UPS. They are a good
service but it is sometimes takes a couple days to connect with a driver
because of the rural area in which we are located.
If you have a UPS account, we can charge to your account if you wish.
We cheerfully accept your
orders! Please contact us for shipping estimates and product
availability.
If you want to, you can get an idea of shipping costs on the
US Postal Service
website. We charge an additional $2.00 for handling and paper
work. It is strongly suggested to insure international packages!

With this card, they can choose the item(s) that they want from our website or from our retail store.
How to purchase the card . . .
You may purchase the Gift Card with money order, credit or debit card for
same day activation. Personal checks are accepted.
What does it cost . . .
The card itself is free; you only pay the amount that you want to gift to
your recipient. If you order the card to be mailed to you or recipient, there is a
$3.00 handling/shipping fee because we will mail it certified for your
protection.
How to use the card . . .
The recipient uses it like a "credit card" with Missouri Trading Company for
merchandise purchase by call-in, mail order or in store. The card is good
for one year from activation date and may be used multiple times up to the
balance limit (your gift amount).
Please Note . . .
Missouri Trading Company Gift Card is non-refundable and has no cash
value. Any shipping costs and/or taxes for items purchased may be applied to
Gift Card. Purchases valid only at Missouri Trading Company.

Requirements . . . A
10% restocking fee
is charged against the balance on all returned items. A copy of your
receipt must be included with the item. The item must be returned in
new, unused condition.
Authorization . . . Returns are not
accepted without prior authorization from MTCo. Please email for an authorization number
and it MUST be on the outside of the box. Returned items without
authorization become the property of MTCo.
